We deal with our personal injury clients under a conditional fee agreement, sometimes known as a No Win No Fee agreement.
A No Win, No Fee agreement is an arrangement between you and AJC Law which means that if your compensation claim is not successful, AJC Law is not paid for the work they have done.
If you win your claim, AJC Law is paid part of their fees by the other party, typically an insurance company. If you lose, providing you have not misled us, you will not pay anything.
Remember, we are authorised and regulated by The Solicitors Regulation Authority and you will enjoy full and complete protection in law.
This is an insurance policy that provides you with cover for the costs of legal advice should you need it. You will need to check with the particular policy as to what legal advice it covers but it can often be used instead of a ‘No Win, No Fee’ agreement, and is another way of funding your claim.
You may already have legal expense insurance but may not know it. It can be an additional benefit of your bank account or an insurance policy that you have purchased. Your Solicitor at AJC Law will ask you about this and then review it when they take on your case.
