1. Initial interview £144 including VAT
2. In some instances, we offer to take cases on a No Win No fee basis. If we do, we take a % of any financial award made. We would normally charge for a Barrister (Counsel) to argue your case at an Employment Tribunal. These charges will vary.
3. Employment Tribunal Claims - £3000 - £6500 average + VAT + Barrister.
4. Advice on Settlement Agreements - £200 - £750 + VAT (Usually recoverable from the employer as part of the agreement).
5. Raising a Grievance - £200 + VAT
1. £50 - £1000 + VAT per month, depending on the number of employees. This includes: -
• Peace of Mind telephone/email advice of any on-going issues
• Review of current documentation i.e. Contracts, Policies, Procedures, Forms etc
• Updating documentation
• Keep up to date with the changes in employment law including, statutory rates (e.g. SSP, Maternity Pay, Min Wage etc) and legal changes.
• Junior Employee: £250 + VAT
• Senior Employee: £450 + VAT
• Directors Agreement £600 - £1000 + VAT
• Contractors Agreement £250 - £500 + VAT
